GMI% at 5.6 in 14 days

Hello, and thank you in advance for reading :)

I’m 20F and 6.8 stone (43kg)

I’ve been wearing a CGM (dexcom one plus) for 2 weeks, and I’ve got a blood test in a few days for suspected diabetes/blood sugar issues. My doctors are also concerned about POTS and cortisone issues.

I started wearing a CGM as doctors suggested I get some evidence of my blood sugars to send in along with my blood test. It’s been 14 days now and my GMI is at 5.6%. I’m aware it’s different for everyone but the universal percentages for anything like prediabetes is 5.7% +

I’m a bit worried as well because I’ve been on a no carbs no sugar diet which hasn’t really helped me, but I’m worried before I did this diet my percentage may have been higher- I started my diet as I put my CGM on

If anyone could let me know whether 5.6% at 14 days on no carbs no sugar is okay? Or whether my blood test may come back with levels from before my diet?

Sidenote- I’m aware that GMI% and A1C% are fairly similar to eachother but test in different ways.

Update!
I’m adopted so I didn’t have this knowledge before asking my real family- my dad had pancreatic cancer and my uncle have type 2 diabetes

I put on a new dexcom one + around 2 days ago, and the night I put it on I could definitely tell my readings were fake and just the system warming up. However these readings were yesterday and last night- I have calibrated it twice and also pricked my finger to make sure reading were right this morning, and they were. I don’t know if I’m being dumb but I just can’t tell. My glucose monitor and my symptoms are showing that it’s correct- but the graph just looks a little suspicious.
