We know that the speed of light is roughly 3x10^8 m/s (c). But if I am standing on a car moving with a velocity V, won't the speed of photons be c + v?

I am on the hunt for a deep and immersive zombie role playing game. I am currently looking at Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition because I love the way I can run and jump in the game and the fact that I have to survive in an open world.. I want to make sure I am not missing out on any other really good games in this type of game.

What I am looking for in a zombie role playing game is:

* Role playing game elements: I want to be able to make my character better and stronger over time and I want to have options for what skills my character can learn.

* Atmosphere: I want the game to feel like it is the end of the world. I want to feel like I am taking a risk every time I go out to look for food or other supplies.

* Combat and movement: I like it when the fighting in a game feels smooth and easy to control like it does in Dying Light or when I have to think about how I am going to survive.

* Value: I usually look for deals on games when I buy them and I like to buy them from official stores, like Humble Bundle or Steam. I think Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition is a game but I want to make sure there are not other zombie role playing games that I would like just as much or even more.
