I started a company with someone, bith of us were CEOs. Last year we had an argument i decided to leave, on the condition of splitting 40/60 of how much we had at the time (I would be getting 5k). I sent a letter to him saying I resign from the company. However, he still hasn’t given me that 5k. However, I still do have the company bank account logged in on my device. Am I able to simply transfer out what I was owed? Or is there repercussions to that?
