Help with an G611J motherboard

I got a G614J motherboard VERY cheap.

It had a burn mark near the fan mount on the CPU side, but I managed to remove the short.

How can I turn it on?

I only have the motherboard. Do I need RAM for it to POST?

Can I power it through USB-C?

Is there a way to power it on without the keyboard/power button board?

Are there any power-on test points or pads I can short?

What voltages/rails should I check before trying to power it on?

Does anyone know if this board can POST using only an external monitor?

Also, does anyone have the schematic for the G614J? I already have the boardview.

if this board is ok, i kinda wanted to do an DIY handheld, or an tv console

Great Dual monitor dock for LEGO S

Hey, i'm spending an couple of weeks searching for an good dual monitor dock for the LEGO S.
I do want an dock that can provide 100W PD on the LEGO S.
Gigabit Ethernet (or 2.5), and dual monitor, "HDMI + DP " or "HDMI + HDMI"
At least 1 monitor on 180hz 1080p + other 1080p 60fps.

Bonus if it came with an charger.

I do have an Dell WD15, works fine... but it only provide 60w "ISH" to the LEGO S.
So when playing the battery drains an lot depending on the game.
And sometimes it not charge the device(i have to unplug and plug again).
Is an PAIN IN THE ASS. So i'm in searching for an better solution.

Any good suggestions?
