I started renting a few months ago and my elderly dog has not adjusted to the change well. He keeps urinating in this same spot. I've never had hardwood before, and have admittedly used the wrong cleaning agents on it. I think I stripped off the seal? Is this something that I could gently sand and wax or seal myself? The rest of the floors in the house are not perfect, but I don't want to continue causing damage when I inevitably have to clean up more urine in this spot. Any advice would be incredibly helpful!
