I’ve been researching an old place in Hartland, Michigan called Tag’s Adventure Golf & Sports Center (located at 1535 Old US-23), and I’m trying to piece together its full history before it completely fades away.
From what I’ve found so far, it wasn’t just mini golf—it had:
• an 18-hole putt-putt course
• a driving range
I recently filed a FOIA request and was able to view a large file (4–5 inches thick) with original site plans, layouts, and documents. I’ve even started reconstructing what the entire place looked like based on those records.
Today, the property is mostly abandoned and split up, and there’s barely anything online about it.
I’m posting here to ask:
👉 Does anyone have photos of Tag’s when it was open?
👉 Or memories of going there?
👉 Even small details (what it looked like, what was inside, etc.) would help a lot
I’d really appreciate anything you’re willing to share—I’m trying to preserve what this place used to be.
