IC4 vs L4

Had some interviews recently that I think were promising and hoping for offers soon.

Current IC3 and interviewed for both IC4 and L4 positions within my same business area.

Anyone have experience and advice on the 2 options if i end up getting both offers?

Both would be leading similarly sized teams of engineers doing somewhat similar technical leadership work, controlling budget and schedule.
But IC is a little more hands on work and associate manager would be less hands on and include the L code parts of the job like performance and hiring.

Since they’re the same job code the pay scale will be the same so expecting offers to be the same.
L code seems like more responsibility for the same money, but higher long term upside for career growth so debating what I would want to do.
