I’m sure everyone is aware of the new tardy policy, but I wanted to bring up a concern. My team lead is consistently 30 minutes to an hour late almost every day. He’s scheduled at 5:00 AM but often doesn’t arrive until around 6:00. I’m pretty sure he’s been changing his time whenever he gets here because almost every morning he immediately has MyTime/UKG pulled up on the computer when he walks in. It’s frustrating because the policy is being enforced on everyone else, and it feels unfair. I honestly don’t even know who to bring this up to because it seems like management probably already knows or won’t do anything about it.
