I was wondering if anyone here is currently applying for jobs in Switzerland, especially as a non-EU citizen, and could share some insight into the process after applying—particularly regarding work permits and related steps.

I’m actively looking for roles in signal processing, radar simulation, and similar fields, and would really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences.
