With people moving out, is there any places where students toss out not needed things. My previous apartment had a room where we could drop things we no longer need.
Transferring lease^
I found a girl who sublets her apartment. She said she will cover 60% of the rent, while I pay her 40%. I am now scared to sign the TRANSFER lease because If I do, I will the responsible for the rent and the girl can disappear without sending me money. I don’t even know what to do, did anyone had a problem like that?
I wish the apartment complex could act as a middleman, but they do not offer any help with this, which is quite understandable since they are getting the money either way ☹️
