I am looking for a replacement for my room in a 3BHK at House of Hiranandani. Below are the details:
Spacious room with attached bathroom and balcony. You can literally watch the most beautiful sunset views from your bed!
The society has all the amenities. Power backup and water issues are all sorted as it is handled by the society. We have Dmart, Zudio, Westside, and a whole lot of eateries and outlets right outside the society. :)
Location: Lake Verandahs, House of Hiranandani, Akshayanagar (Please ping only once you have googled the location and are okay with it)
Rent: Rs. 20,500 from July. For June, it is Rs. 17,800.
Deposit: 58k
Society move in charges: 5k (This you will directly be giving to the Society office)
Setup cost: There’s a small setup cost for the common things that we bought together, which we can discuss later.
Move in date: May end
Note that the room will be semi furnished with only the cupboards.
Wifi, electricity, maid, and misc will be divided among the flatmates as per actuals.
