Chest pain

Hey yall! Not here to self-diagnose, more looking for opinions. Also, im sorry for a long annoying post lol.

I’m 25, a bit underweight at 93lbs. I started having left side chest pain in the left side about a month and a half ago after a big fight. A week later it started radiating into left arm, jaw, neck and especially in the back around the left shoulder blade. Back pain is like this achy dull pain. Sometimes I get those sharp wave pains for a second or two in the left side of the chest but they go away very quickly.

For the first 3 weeks I felt the pain when I started stressing or got a bit too excited, basically emotions to keep my heart pumping fast. Lately, the last week at least I started having the pain while resting, sitting, or just slowly. And it’s like pain that prevents me from doing anything but lay there and take it.

Also my heart randomly starts racing to 110-130 BPM while I’m sitting at the computer or laying in bed. Standing up from the bed gets me from 80 BPM to 130BPM in seconds and it doesn’t calm back down for 10-15 mins.

Got an ECG done 3 weeks ago when I first went in (first pic), then 2 weeks later went to a cardiologist and got another ECG done (second pic). The first ECG said minor high lateral depolarization disturbance. The second one showed moderate mid, left precordial repolarization disturbance. Moderate inferior repolarization disturbance. I know ECG readings can be over exaggerated a bit lol.

I had about 4 times when I felt like calling 911, but then remembered how much it’ll cost me so I didn’t lol. It was because I started having tightness in my chest like someone was sitting on it, and I felt all hot and sweating and chest pain would get bad. Also racing heart, around 120 sitting/resting. Also had a few times when I would feel like I haven’t slept at all, eyes closing from exhaustion while driving, even tho I slept good 9 hours. From how I feel, I can tell my symptoms, the length of ‘episodes’ and overall well being, has gotten much worse from when it all first started. I just finished wearing my heart monitor (got it for 5 days) and got an echo scheduled on the 4th.

Anyways, thank you for listening to my rant. Love you all!
