So have not had any scans/MRI or anything, but I 22F started getting major lower back pain about 2-3 months ago, it radiated down my calf/thigh and into my foot. Mostly on my right but on both legs. They diagnosed me with lumbar radiculopathy and told me to get physical therapy. I had had an injury last april, my foot and leg hurt like crazy couldn't walk for a while and they couldn't find anything wrong, bmy back was not hurting at all at that point. When this back pain happened they said the previous foot/leg pain was likely a result of a lumbar/nerve compression issue. Unfortunately, I have shitty insurance and it was going to take like 3 months to get a PT appointment, and since the recovery time was around 6 weeks, it didn't seem worth it. Walking a lot, doing stretches and now it has felt pretty good for a couple weeks now. I went on a run (1 mile) for the first time on the teadmill a couple days ago, my back felt fine a little sore but not painful. A couple of days later, I wake up, and now my right leg from my knee to my lower calf is completely numb. I go to the doctor, they say to just keep stretching and keep an eye on it so ok. I come home and about 30 mins ago I was doing stretching and now my inner right thigh has gone completely numb as well. Starting to freak out, help/guidance appreciated

So yeah had sex last night and this morning. I woke up and my legs felt a little numb but it wasn’t until after having sex again and then going about my day that I realized both my lower legs are like totally numb? It’s been 6ish hours now? I had a spinal injury, a compressed nerve in my lower lumbar spine (lumbar radiculopathy) aboit two months ago and maybe it’s just because of that…but just getting a little nervous lmao. The injury has almost fully healed now. Has anyone experienced this? It doesn’t feel bad just weird.
