Madrid, Spain here. Georgetown starts Aug 3, my appointment is Sept 14. Expedited request already denied once (submitted too early apparently).
Question: if I open a completely new DS-160 + pay MRV fee again, does that give me a new expedited request, or does the consulate track it by SEVIS ID/passport and deny it again regardless? My SEVIS ID and passport stay the same either way.
Has anyone actually tried this? Worth the $185 or not?
