Hi anyone attended the biometric for FLR recently inside the UK? I want to know after e-visa. They return passports during the biometric on same day or they keep the passport? I am worried I heard if they keep passport and FLR is rejected then they delay the passport return. Due to which people get illegal because applicants don't get back their passport within 14 days of grace period after rejection. Please guide me. It's a very hard decision for me. I don't want to submit my passport. We are with our kids. Thanks

Hi please help me..for fee waiver application we need to submit evidence in 10 days after submitting an application or we can delay? 2 solicitors give different statements. One is saying if evidence submitted within 10 days then results will come in the next 5-10 days that's why wait for the email from Home office to submit the evidence. What is the best way ?

Hi can anyone help me to apply for a fee waiver for flr? We are on Psw now with kids. In which category should I apply the fee waiver for flr with family? will it be a joint application or separate? Solicitors are charging 1500£. I can't pay that money to solicitors so I'm trying to fill out the application by myself. Please guide me.

What happened if I applied for FLR and it's rejected I willingly leave the UK within 14 days . Then my visa history will be counted as overstayed after expiry of my original work visa? Or my visa history will be clean? we are on Psw now with kids.
