I realized I booked my flight on the wrong day (can’t change it!!) and I land the same day as my arctic adventures tour.

Im flying with IcelandAir and land in KEF at 6:05am. I’m taking a flybus to Reykjavik and am getting dropped at Bus stop 3.
My tour pick up time is 9am but I’m advised to be ready for pick up at 8:30am.

I have no check-in bags and I’m just bringing a backpack. Do you think I can make it to my tour on time? Does anyone know the order of drop off for flybus or pick up of Arctic adventure tours that I could maybe cut down time?
