Earlier in January I saw a derm that looked at my scalp and diagnosed me with TE. I can’t pinpoint when the balding started but based off pictures it was around the time I got covid in 2020. We are about 4 months into oral minoxidil 1.25mg. 2 month later we checked that spot and with no progress I did PRP injections. 2 months later and here we are it looks the same. I am hairy everywhere else now and the rest of my hair is thickening up and growing well. Although the whole top part is an issue there a couple spots where its completely bare. As in there are no follicles there.
