Hey guys i am from assam barpeta, i actually need help regard admission in nios

actually i have two sister who failed in 9th and 11th for some family reasons, now since they both dont want to waste a year i was thinking to do their admission in nios so i wanted to know are they eligible for 10th and 12th because i am hearing different opinions everywhere and also i dont know where and how should i do the admission is there any agent or someone who will guide?
