As the title says, I’ll be traveling intercontinentally with a total travel time of around 20 hours. I’m bringing my unopened Saxenda pens and was wondering what the safest way is to transport them.

Should I keep them in my carry-on or checked luggage? And will the pens be okay outside of a refrigerated environment for that long? They're still in the original box, but I doubt it'll keep them cool enough...

Would really appreciate some tips! Thanks!
