HELP? LAB ADVICE?

I’m looking for some insight into my lab trends. Back in October/November, I was going through a period of extreme anxiety, horrible chest tightness, and a bad case of bronchitis. My labs came back concerning:

November:
ANA: 1:640 (pattern/ Homogeneous)

Anti-Smith: 1.6 (Positive)

(Everything else was negative)

Symptoms: Bilateral knee pain, but no rashes or organ issues. (Was told this was runners knee)

Fast forward 6 months to May, and my numbers have dropped significantly without any medication:
(Also have been WAY less stressed)

May:
ANA: 1:160 (Centromere)

Anti-Smith: 1.0 (Borderline - cutoff is 0.9)

Inflammation: CRP <1 and Sed Rate is 6 (both perfect).

My rheumatologist in November says there is "nothing to do" because I have no symptoms.

My questions for the group:
What does this mean for me? What are the odds I develop a disease?

Has anyone else seen their Smith antibodies drop almost to negative after a period of intense stress or infection?

Is it common for an ANA titer to drop two full steps (1:640 to 1:160) in just six months?

My patterned changed to Centromere?

Since I’m now only 0.1 away from a negative Smith, what are the odds of this fully "sero-reverting" to negative?

I’m a 24 Female and really hoping this was just a temporary immune "flare" from a really rough October. Would love to hear your experiences!

Percabeth As Parents? [all]

I always wondered what Percy and Annabeth would be like as parents? Would they be overly protective? I feel as they probably would raise their children in New Rome but what do you guys think? How would the dynamic be and would they let them train or try to give them a life they never had?

Anyone else struggling with how competitive LI Rad Tech programs are? Looking for advice.

Hey guys, I’m a 24-year-old from Long Island and I’m trying to get into a Radiologic Technology program. I just found out I didn't get an interview for Peconic Bay, and I’m feeling the sting.

I have a 3.3 GPA and scored an 80 on the entrance exam.
I’m a manager at work,
BLS certified,
and I’ve even done observation hours.
I was born deaf and a cochlear implant user, which has really shaped my perspective on patient care and medicine. - everyone always tells me that they would’ve never known that I was deaf!

I’ve heard it’s common not to get in on the first try, but I really want to make sure I’m a "shoo-in" for
2027.

Since I never had these classes and they aren’t required for the program but I am enrolling in A&P and Physics this summer/fall just to show I can handle the science.

Has anyone gone through the Western BOCES or Hunter Business School programs?

Is there anything specific those schools (or Peconic) are looking for that I might be missing?

I’m willing to do whatever it takes!
