Notes:

• The amount of viable character choices in an arc has scaled with release frequency
• Buu Saga and by extension DBZ characters have appeared in all four seasons.
• DBS has the largest presence in 'Definitely' tier, but the most populated DBS arc (ToP) has nearly run out of characters. Expect other DBS arcs to get some attention.
• Saiyan oversaturation in past seasons may favor non-Saiyans for S5
• The amount of hype recently may favor S5 being a cooldown season with less hype.
• Roster is a bit villain-light, so we could see that get addressed. Also, with the criteria in the OP image, villains outnumber heroes in 'Definitely' tier. First double villain season?

My Predictions:

Slot 1: Super 17 or Super 13 (The Hype Anchor)

Slot 2: Final Form Frieza

Slot 3: DBS Future Trunks

There's a coherent Good vs Evil theme there with Trunks dropping alongside the two things he hates most. Also off-sets the abundance of heroes, and signifies the end of the ToP and Buu Saga spam era of this game. What are you guys thinking?

forgot to include Daima. SSJ4 Daima is obviously a guarantee since he's in every modern DB game. The others, SSJ3 Vegeta, Kuu, Duu, and Gomah are questionable.
