Hoping someone has had a similar issue with Owlet sock…. we set it up and it worked great for a few weeks until I unplugged it for maybe 5 seconds to plug something else in under it. Ever since then the base station will not connect to wifi even after factory resetting. I’ve tried everything from making a separate 2.4 Ghz network from our wifi to forgetting the device in the app, nothing works. Unfortunately we bought this pre-owned but never opened so support won’t send us a replacement:( any ideas?
