Trusty Time as a TD
I'm new here and looking to pull the trigger on my first rep Rolex. Please cut be a break if I'm asking stupid questions. It's a lot of info to learn in a short amount of time.
I found the TD Trusty Time through a few lists and am looking at a GMT Batman 26710 BLNR. 2 questions:
The "Who makes the best guide" says the best is VSF v3, but Trusty Time says only the Pepsi version is v3. The Batman is v2. I don't know if that is accurate or if it matters but would like any feedback.
I am ordering through their website. I have seen in forums people recommend to be careful about ordering through websites are there are some times scam websites that mimic the real one. I am planning to pay through Western Union and the direction from Trusty Time is to pay Western in USD and the receiving country is Cambodia. I feel about 95% sure its legit given the email exchanges (they've been extremely responsive) and understand Chinese companies probably don't want RMB. So they may be receiving the payments elsewhere. But would also like to know if anyone else has had the same experience. Thanks!
