Hi everyone,

I got into ecom and started with dropshipping via ali express but got many product quality complaints so we switched to ordering from an ali baba supplier and fulfillment locally in Australia and only selling to that country.

But recently, as we are trying to scale in-house fulfillment will become challenging, we are also looking into testing internationally soon but shipping from China to Australia to other countries seems cost and time inefficient.

So I just wanted to ask, what do people here do for fulfillment, do you dropship via an agent, do you use a Chinese 3PL, a local 3PL or do in-house fulfillment and why have you chosen that over other methods.
