David Austin Princess Anne not flowering - what am I doing wrong?
She’s two years old and I only got about 5 blooms last year. She’s in full sun almost the entire day, gets watered daily, and was just fertilized with Osmacote. I included pictures of new growth just in case I’m missing a disease (I’m paranoid about rose rosette after reading about it). I’m in Montgomery County, MD (7b).
