Hello I face a big problem, I just realized my university ask for DOV while applying in Universitaly, the problem is I don't have it yet and I'm afraid of losing my seat especially with the new 120% hurdle... what should I do ? Even cimea will take time and I don't know when Universitaly will close please if you have any idea help
