Junior stressed

I wanted to make a post for this but didn’t know if I could.

I keep spiraling about my junior year now that it’s coming to an end. I have always been an excellent student and got 5s on my 2 APs last year. This year I got some pretty bad advice to only study minimally for APs. I feel pretty bad about 3/5 of them now that I have taken the test. Predicting I will get 3s or hopefully 1-2 4s on the ones I don’t feel great about. I just got my sat score back and dropped 100+ points from December 2025 because I was also studying for it during this time. I’m not feeling great about starting my college APs, feeling really down on myself, and just honestly really depressed. I’m the type of student who doesn’t have a lot of friends, or sacrifices hanging out with people to be at home studying. So I knew I was going to need to really push myself for APs and so because I didn’t I’m feeling even more hard on myself. Any advice? I’ve always been reaching for top10. My classes this year were AP precalc, ap bio, AP lang, AP gov, AP research. I feel good about ap gov and AP research and I’m going under as a political science major. I got 5s on AP world and AP seminar last year.
