I am looking for a roommate (or two) to split the rent for my apartment in the Loop, with an ideal move-in date on or around August 1. I'm a 23F grad student (you would be living with me), and my current roommate is graduating and moving out. I am in a high-rise building on the 26th floor, and the unit gets lots of light. It's a privately owned condo with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, new appliances, amazing lake views, a balcony, and is pretty close to a bunch of train and bus stops, as well as grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 min walking distance. Rent would be $1500 a month, including utilities, and I also have a parking space available for an additional $150 a month. The unit is fully furnished and also has in-unit laundry. I love the building as well. There are a ton of amenities (gym, rooftop pool, and they are almost done building a tennis court), and the staff and doormen are really nice as well.
