On May 4th, I received (3) 1’s and (1) 3 on my annual appraisal. In December, mid-review received all 5’s. Supervisor has sent me 2 emails since May stating a PIP is coming. After 110 days, still nothing.

Is there anything I can do? Im afraid I’m going to lose my job with the new rules being implemented.

I’m a non-bargaining employee on an approval RA currently.
