Rotation: I really can't get the feel for this team, Jahoda, etc. ~ what is the right rotation?

Questions for the Community:

2pc NotSU + 2pc WT vs 4pc WT — Substats on my NotSU pieces are mediocre (CR 3.9% on flower ugh), but the +30% CR from 2pc pushes Nefer to ~94% effective CR with Jahoda C6 buff active. Is this actually better than 4pc WT, or should I swap back?
Reliquary of Truth vs Columbina (6.7) — 20K primos saved. F2P with no sig. Which has bigger TEAM impact — Nefer's sig weapon or Columbina replacing Xingqiu? Or do I need to look into building Aino instead?
Jahoda Skill at Lv5 is bugging me — With her Burst already at 9, is pushing Skill 5→8 worth the weekly boss mats? Or should those go to Nefer Skill 9→10 / Burst 8→9?
Xingqiu mixed set — Worth committing to full 4pc Emblem for him, or wait and replace him with Columbina?
C6 Jahoda Flask timing ~ Feels inconsistent filling mid-rotation. Any tips to ensure the +40% CD buff actually lands during Nefer's damage phase? Does rotation order need tweaking?
