Let's learn from each other's mistakes so we can avoid committing similar mistakes.

I am living in a joint family, with my parents advice built a pent house (so we do not lose the land/access to terrace) took a personal loan of 15 lakhs for construction, and I need to repay 20 lakhs to bank including principal+ interest.

Now I am not using the pent house, it's vacant, I cannot rent it out and I do not see a practical usage of it for personal purposes also since I am not willing to spend again on the interiors and all xyz stuff.
