I’m looking for a park with wooded areas. When I was a child, I remember going to Malahide Park and walking through the trees having great craic “exploring.”

I want to bring my nephew out to a park to do the same but we live on the south side now and I can’t drive so taking him to Malahide would be a massive trek. All the parks I go to regularly are small and flat. Has anyone any recommendations?
