See i have my results in 2 days and I'm like shit scared so i just wanna be mentally prepared for it so can anyone help me for fr$$ as I'm young rn i don't have any money but I would be really grateful!!! 😭😭😭
heyy girlies, so in gonna give this opinion on my personal experience!!! Okay so I actually started walking in December but I was very inconsistent cuz like ofc i never exercised and suddenly whenci started doing 10k steps it felt too much. So December and January went the same for me. I walked but very inconsistently. I didn't lose a single kg. Then at the end of February i started being consistent, walked everyday and GUESS WHAT?! I LOST 6KG, which isnt even the best part. The best part is my periods are regular for the first time. Like I've had pcos for last 4-5 years roughly and last 2 years were bad like I was really underweight and I gained around 20 kg , I got my period for only 4 times a year and they were really painful...... But since I started walking I've got my period regular 3 times in a row that's like 75% period of my last year 😂
Jokes aside walking is really really helpful.... I love walk 10-12k steps everyday, and I didn't follow any specific diet cuz yk how bad cravings can get, so i just tried adding more protein in my diet which kept me full for a longer time and even if sometimes I get cravings i ate junk food but like in a limit so i still stayed in deficit or atleast maintainance. Also like reduce sugar intake, like it's okay if you don't give up completely but just limit it..
You can do this girls, like last year me could never thought i could lose 6kg in 2 months, ofc it won't work the same for every one but no doubt it does work.
(p.s. i didn't take any medicines as medicines make me feel nauseous)
