How’s your relationship with food ? Do you not eat when you’re stressed ? Do you not feel comfortable being full ? Does food not really excite you ? Do you hate throwing food away ? Does cooking seem like a chore ? Is it finances ? Is it a lack of food you enjoy ? These are all issues I was facing and drinking my calories has been the answer to most of them .. Also actually needing to eat ! I started working out and now my body actually is open to wanting nutrition, being a naturally athletic person I fell my body didn’t even need food because I wasn’t exercising!
