So a couple months ago I saw someone say if you like Discounty, you should get Sky End Market. I did and I was addicted to it. The daily loop feels satisfying to me and it keeps me thinking "just one more day". I also like the huge skill trees and the automation you unlock as you progress to make things easier. It also doesn't require my focus 100% all the time (at least not while I'm manning the register) so I could also catch up on the story contents of the gacha games I play, which are more visual novel-like.
I finished Sky End Market (maxed level and unlocked all licences) and grabbed World End Diner, and it has a similar satisfying loop and huge skill trees. I'm about halfway through now (diner lv 15 out of 30) and am looking for similar games I could add to my waitlist.
