Hello all, looking for some advice on mortgage options.

Me and my partner currently live together in a house that I own. Doing this has allowed him to save and he now has a good amount of savings.

We are wanting to upsize and buy together. His contribution would be cash but mine would come from the sale of my property. Does anyone have any experience buying like this and any advice for how to navigate it?
