I have Sjogrens, SFN, and POTS. Has anyone had any experience with IVIG with these dx? How much did you improve?

I am currently in a fight with insurance to get IVIG.

I have:

Sjogrens Disease with lip biopsy score of 2

Small Fiber Neuropathy

POTS

Very chronically low igg subclass 4

I am so nervous. I have declined horribly after getting a uti infection in February. I am mostly bed bound. Currently on FMLA. I just want a chance to try IVIG because my autonomic symptoms are disabling. I am nervous because I don’t know if my Dr is going to fight for me. I did all the research and attached an appeal letter with probable diagnosis codes and clinically backed studies and guides but I am just so nervous.

Anyone have luck with this?

I was dx’ed with SFN today and being evaluated now for Gastroparesis…😭😭😭 I’m only 30yo female and already have POTs and Sjogrens. I just don’t know how much more

I can take symptoms are so debilitating I can’t take care of myself but I have no support and am scared I’m going to lose my job
