Is this normal? Air quality concern
Hey all, I have a concern with my HVAC unit. I live in an apartment, and am worried that my unit has a water problem. The bottom of my filter is always soaked, there’s dampness everywhere, and it looks like there’s corrosion around the water pan. I told my apartment a year ago that I had a musty / moldy smell, which they ignored and just locked my HVAC closet, but I was able to gain access and saw this. Is this normal, or should I have it addressed? I have had health issues that I’m beginning to think could be attributed to poor air quality. Any advice or help here would be very much appreciated.
