Do people in this field see cost of living adjustments based on where they are located? I’ve seen the charts on this forum of what different airlines are starting their AMTs at based on years of experience, but I’m curious- is that a set rate regardless of location? If so you wouldn’t think there would be any incentive to moving to a high cost of living area like LAX.
