I have been pressure washing for about a year and never had any issues with downstreaming until recently.

Setup: 8GPM, 4000psi machine - Hot water

Issue: Downstream injector will pull chemical with 100ft of hose or less but not with 200ft of hose.

What I have already tried but hasn't worked:

replaced the downstream injector
Adjusted the unloader

My research so far tells me this issue is probably created by excessive back pressure, I just dont undersatnd what changed and why I used to be able to pul chemical with 200ft of hose and now I can't.

Please any suggestion on what I am missing is helpful.
