Before I start, I really love my job and my company.
I have to submit a flexible working request - my child (4, profoundly autistic/compled needs) has been given a placement within a specialist school and I’m available to work more hours.. At last. Do I have any rights to request to work flexibly?
I’m really open to ideas. I’d like to excel in my career now that my little one will be more settled within an environment that suits them best.
I’d appreciate any advice.
