I wanted to ask if anyone here submitted documents for a COE (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services) to the Tokyo Immigration around April 14, just before the new rules came into effect.

Has anyone received updates or results yet?

Also, do you think applying before the new regulation gives any advantage or not?

I’d really appreciate if you could share your experience or timeline.
