Not sure if this is the right sub but here we go lol.
I’ve recently (since my partner died) been having dreams where something that’s loosely related to events that happen the next day. I guess I’ve been having them since I was a kid because every month I would dream about my period and the next day it would come on like clockwork. This was before cycle tracking apps or me even really understanding my cycle and PMS. I stopped having those dreams in my 20s and I always believed it was just a weird but great quirk lol
But recently, I’ve been dreaming of people and scenarios that strangely correlate to real life events. I dreamt about a pregnancy test where the result was “Very Pregnant” and a day later a close friend announced her pregnancy and that she was about 4 months along. I would normally be like “what a coincidence”, but in another dream, I dreamt of a cousin. She asked me how my partner was during the dream and I thought it was a very strange question. I responded with “idk he’s dead” and woke up. I felt unsettled but continued with my morning. A couple days later, I learned that my cousin’s husband had passed the same day I dreamt that.
Does anyone have experience with this?
