Help me find this old Zutara fic
HI SO BASICALLY i can’t remember the name of it but i remember how it goes. it’s set years into the future Katara and Aang did get married and they had Tenzin Bumi and Kya. However, it starts off Aang and Katara got into a fight because of the fact, he kept leaving with Tenzin to the air temples and was barely showing any interest in his other two kids, and she finally became fed up. In the fight he did go into the avatar state for like a second but he never hurts her just scares her. They broke up. Aang stormed off, I believe she made a bold decision to move to the fire nation, and to become Zuko‘s southern water tribe ambassador. She told Sonja and he encouraged her and also did admit that he knew it was time for her and Aang to call it quits because she was no longer the strong brave bold sister he always knew her to be. She sent Zuko a letter about going but got there super quick cause she left IMMEDIATELY. she does go with the kids and by this point Zuko already had Izumi and I believe that Mai passed away and that’s why they weren’t together. I don’t remember that part exactly. but basically her entire time being an ambassador her bond with Zuko starts to grow more and it’s this whole slow burn. she becomes the strong woman we all look at Katara to be and Zuko is always there to back her up and it takes some time for them to finally admit there feelings but they do get together and it was soooooo amazing. some spicy scenes I think are written but it was my favorite zutara fan fic and the longest but well worth it slowburn. please let me know if anyone remembers the name.
