I’m 16 with a regular U.S. license (not a permit). If I’m in Baja as a tourist in a California plated car with a parent in the passenger seat, is it actually legal for me to drive?
My parents for some reason absolutely insist on me driving in TJ but I always thought the rule was 18+ to drive in all of Mexico. But according to my parents you can drive past 16 as long as you have a parent in the car. Can anybody help clear this up for me? Thanks
