Can someone please give me a reason to not hate the UC Davis transportation service?

Their enforcement is sporadic, they haven’t give back to the community much, they keep raising the parking price without any improvements to their enforcement consistency.

I just see them as parasites sucking the blood of their friends and colleagues that work and study here at this point. I feel anger when their car pass me. I don’t like what this hate is doing to me.

Please, can someone give me a new point of view.
