My workplace is undertaking redundancies at the end of this month. It is definitely going to be over 20 people and possibly more than 100, so at the least consultation will take 30 days.

I am looking for insights into how long consultation above the 30 days has taken for others in similar situations in the past? My company is a large, multi national business with an HQ overseas.

I.e Did it take 30 days? A little longer, or much longer?

I am trying to roughly forecast situations of how much longer I would be paid for + PILON. I am not eligible for redundancy pay.

I appreciate this is all anecdotal but it is useful nonetheless.
