I am not sure if I should be annoyed, or not care.

I am renting out property, the lease starts tomorrow.

I went to the property this arvo to give one quick look over, make sure everything was clean and tidy for the new tenants.

Imagine my shock when there was already some furniture in there.

A tv in the living room and some shoes on the floor.

They've obviously been given the keys early, how early? Who knows.

Should I raise this with the agent or let it slide? Obviously my landlord insurance doesn't kick in til tomorrow, if they damaged the place moving furniture in, then id be in some strife....

Let me know your thoughts.
