Anybody happen to get dashcam video of the small black SUV that hydroplaned into the muddy median and rolled at the newly (mostly?) finished section of 290? I know it’s a longshot, just thought worth asking for insurance. Driver largely unharmed. Big Thank You to the Samaritan who stopped to help by supplying a seatbelt cutter.
