Does anyone else have hEDS and MCAS? I’ve long suspected I might have mild MCAS but then yesterday I woke up freaking itchy and covered with hives. I have no allergies except one obscure medication (garamycin) which I now suspect might have also been an MCAS reaction. OTC antihistamines are helping but I have no idea what’s causing this. No change in my detergent or food or anything that would explain it. Except maybe a random histamine dump.
